Delivering power, precision and performance, our newest stand mixer features a 500-watt motor, die-cast metal construction, and 12-speeds that allow for nuance and excellence in performing a variety of preparation tasks. The unit’s tilt-back head allows for easy access to its 5.5 qt. mixing bowl, while the included splash guard prevents messy countertops. Also included are a chef’s whisk, dough hook, and flat mixing paddle. The mixing bowl and all accessories are dishwasher safe, and the stand mixer is available in ruby red, white linen, onyx, periwinkle blue, robin’s egg, and silver lining. Additionally, you can purchase a variety of attachments for the unit: a pasta roller and cutter, pasta extruder, meat grinder, and frozen dessert maker.

It’s a workhorse and my first EVER stand mixer. I GOOGLED all the appropriate websites to check for durability, cost, versatility and warrantee. Still, I admit, I ordered a Kitchenaid Mini for myself for Christmas but promptly returned it because the motor was only 250 Watts and I needed something stronger for denser recipes. THIS IS IT. Wow. 500 Watts, all the attachments AND the pour-shield. It’s a dream-machine. I highly recommend.

I like the product a lot. I am disapointed that the beaters don’t reach the bottom. According to two of your reps it can’t be adjusted. This product replaced my Kitchenaid but i may decide to return the Cuisinart.

It’s very too heavy. Which is ok but the base needs to be stronger. The whisk attachment is very flimsy. Other than that it’s ok. I went from an older model that I lost in a fire to this model. I prefer the older model for sure. It also had more power.

I love the style of my new mixer. I have not had an opportunity to use it myself, but I guided my 16 year old through using it to bake a cake for her Nana and PopPop. Despite reviews of other owners, we found that if you plan for your project and properly attach the spout, it it’s easy to add ingredients. My daughter’s hands didn’t get messy and create a mess when adjusting the speed or lifting the attachments from the bowl. I can’t wait until I’m on my feet to use this baby and get add-ons for it.

While I do have pops and pans from Cuisinart (and totally happy with), this was the first power appliance I have tried from them. Purchased this unit over a Kitchenaid for several reasons. The price was considerably less, it has a longer warranty, more speeds and it has a more powerful motor. So far, it’s been great! Sturdy construction, all the attachments I need with the option of add-ons. Attachments go on easily and feel solid once on. I wanted to be the guy that DOESN’T own a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and still makes tasty things to eat. Now, if I could just nail down these Macarons…
