I started out with the smallest Cuisinart mixer because it was so cute but realized that all my powdered sugar was flying all over the place because the bowl wasn’t deep enough. Purchased another mixer that’s much bigger and more functional and I absolutely love it and it still fits underneath the cabinets.

Can’t believe I got this EXCELLENT piece of kitchen gadgetry at half price!Only had it a week and already used it 5 or 6 times – every time, a dream! The whisk is perfect, the paddles mixes dry ingredients perfectly – and the bread hook – well, it’s just about the best thing since commercial sliced bread!I’ve already ordered the optional meat grinder to see what I can do with that.Until you can afford a fancy top of the line thousand buck mixer, this is the ONLY way to go.

This was my first stand-up mixer and I like it! If I were to give a suggestion it would be that you make them so that you can stir while it’s mixing.

My last mixer was purchased in 1968 so you know anything would have been an improvement. However, this mixer is great! It is easy to use and mixes well. My only complaint is that the beaters don’t go all the way down to the bottom of the bowl so you need to do a little additional hand mixing. I can do that.

Just like the big named one, less money… but a better product

This is my first stand mixer, I have become quite the baker since I started using this. I absolutely love it

This is a great mixer! Everything we have used it for has turned out perfectly. The only difficulty we have is with the Cuisinart “logo” that covers the plug in for attachments. The magnets are not strong enough and it falls off easily.

Love it! Takes up a little less counter space than competitors so that is a great feature.

I love my stand mixer. it is strong, efficient, and does the job right. I am so happy to find this model at a much lower price than the competition. especially with the name Cuisinart.

This mixer is a beast! It has done its job exceptionally well so far. It powers through the toughest bread dough without the slightest hesitation. I have no other mixers to compare as this is my first, but I can’t imagine needing anything else unless I were to start a bakery! I would definitely purchase this item again. To anyone considering purchasing this mixer who hasn’t owned a stand mixer before like myself…go ahead, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought two of these this year one for my daughter and one for myself. I love it and wonder why it took me so long to buy one of these. Made holiday baking a breeze

I love the Precision Master and probably would have given it a 5 if it was not for the difficulty of adjusting the beater/whisk. I did the dime test and found the beater or whisk do not go down far enough into the bowl to mix batter at the bottom. The adjustment screw is so tight that after numerous attempts the screw head was getting stripped so we had to stop. We were able to lower the beater/whisk a small amount but not enough to correct the problem, so I need to remember to stop the process on occasion and mix from the bottom with my spatula.

I couldn’t be happier with my Cuisinart stand mixer – I’m aware that it’s only a ‘starter’ level – but it does absolutely everything I want it to do. And it does those things smoothly, easily, dependably, and without a hitch. I’ve been making do with really junk appliances, waiting to get a KitchenAid Pro, but I finally decided to go with this starter level Cuisinart and stop waiting for a decent mixer. I love the whisk, the paddle – and the dough hook works brilliantly! I also really appreciate the ability to raise the arm on the mixer, which makes adding ingredients a remarkably easy no mess step. The bowl cover is terrific to keep dry ingredients from spraying out – the only thing that I would nit pick about (and it really is nit picking) is the cover pour spout to add add ingredients isn’t really that conveniently designed. But, it’s certainly easy enough to slide it off and add ingredients!Don’t think twice – grab this one!

The beaters do not incorporate all ingredients. There are dry ingredients left on the bottom of the bowl and must be hand mixed into your batter.
