I like the fact that the brewer has instant hot water without a heat-up period. The coffee is also nice and hot. The only concern I have, is that the brewer lid to start the brewing process and extract the used K-cup is made of plastic, albeit probably very strong. However it would be better if it were made of metal for long term durability. My previous Cuisinart brewer had a metal top end. Gives a better feeling of overall quality.

I really have enjoyed using this Cuisinart K-cup Brewer. The brew cycle is fast and it produces a great hot cup of coffee. It’s easy to refill the water reservoir. The machine is a bit loud but it is made of metal and appears solid. The machine only produces a max 12 Oz. Cup of coffee.

the maker itself works as described.I have a concern with the operation of the lid / handle, it’s very poorly designed. I feel that this will breakoff in very short order. I also dislike the limited space between tray and dispenser, insufficientclearance for 12 oz mugs .
