Excellent brewer. Design of K-cup pod is better than Keurig because it’s parallel to the counter-top, making it easier to seat the cup. The water container seems to be bigger than Keurig, and yet is still easy to refill. I also like that Cuisinart provides a handy storage place on the side of the brewer for the ground coffee accessory. Another improvement over Keurig is that the base of the unit, where you rest your mug when brewing, is permanently fixed to the unit and cannot slide around.

Solid machine! The coffee gets nice & hot. Instant coffee & hot water. Not super noisy. Had some K cups that don’t work quote right. It seems to be based on how the bottom of the K cup is shaped. But, it seems that Keurig has the same issue.

It would be fine, except that tall Thermos travel mugs do NOT fit under the dispenser. That was the intended use. The Keurig brand was not a problem.

Not as sturdy as previous model. Smaller reservoir, shorter cord, no light in reservoir tank. Lockdown cover seems cheap.Must punch some k cups down and seed them before you close cover or it will spew coffee grounds everywhere. This should ge included in the manual. All that being said, it makes coffee well. Considered sending it back at first, but we will see.
