Only complaint..the K-Cup side overflows frequently. I wish I had read reviews before purchase. However, we now push the K-Cup down hard enough to puncture the bottom of cup and have had no problems since.

I gave it to my husband as a Christmas gift. He is a big coffee drinker. He loves it! We are all enjoying it.

I really like the look of the Coffee Center. I purchased it so that I could make large pots of coffee on the weekends and grab a quick cup on the way to work. I am disappointed that the water reservoir for the single-serve side leaks. It has dripped on our counter tops, cabinet doors, and wood floors. We now have to put just enough in the reservoir to make one cup each day.

The coffee maker works perfectly but I’ve had 2 instances (this was a Christmas gift so I’ve only been using it for about 3 weeks) where the single server needle caused the k-cup pod to open across the entire top causing an overflow of coffee grounds and a mess to clean up. This needle is in a C shape vs Keurig’s pointed one. It’s possible the pod was over pressurized so I’m not giving up on it but if it’s happened to others, it could be a design defect.

Great machine, the only thing I wish was better is how you fill the brewer with water. Maybe it is just me but I don’t thik there is enough room at the top of the machine to gracefully fill the brewer

Very convenient. Easy to use and clean. I regularly use both the single serve and the carafe.

I’ve been a Cuisinart fan for many years. This is at least my 3rd or 4th one. I end up buying a new one not because the previous one is broken/faulty but because I want a different color (I donate the old ones). I love the heat feature where you can make the water low/medium/high in temperature. Purchased this one to have the option of using single serve at night or when guests prefer it. So far everything works great on both sides. If you are worried about space the size of this version isn’t much bigger than the carafe coffeepot. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the water heat feature doesn’t apply to the single serve side which was disappointing. FYI the 2 units work independently of each other but can’t be run at the same time. It would have been nice to include the water heat feature on both sides but not a deal breaker.

Great 2 in 1 Brewer. Overall I love this brewer. The only negatives I would have is it’s an awkward reach to pour the water in the full pot resivoire and the beeper that sounds when the pot is finished brewing, is extremely loud. It wakes up the rest of the household. But I love the dual options!

We are very happy with this coffeemaker. However, there is one design flaw that seems like it was obviously missed. The carafe doesn’t have a hinge on the handle that allows you to open the top with your thumb like most carafes do. This is inconvenient when filling the carafe with water or rinsing it. Otherwise, the coffeemaker works great.

This coffee maker offers great options for brewing a pot or single servings. We really like the reservoir for the single serving side so it doesn’t need filled for each cup. We loved this coffee maker so much that we bought a second one even before the first one wore out!

First off its beautiful! Love having the ability to have a pot or single cup. Just as everyone says there are a few designs flaws but not deal breakers. The reservoir on the pot side is in the back and kind of hard to fill using the pot without spilling water. My fix was to use a small funnel or pull the unit out on my cabinet slider. (Best investment) as for the kcup side it does splatter but fix was to use taller cups. I use a yeti and it fits perfect. Overall I love ot!

The single cup brewer has smashed the tops of several coffee pods. I never had any issues like this with my Keurig.

I would like the stainless steel carafe, glass smells burnt quickly

The only thing is getting the water in the reservoir for 12 cup. Other wise i love it

Works great and very easy to operate and refill. It’s nice having the option of one cup or a pot without having the clutter of two coffeemakers. We’ve been using it for 3 weeks and have enjoyed it a lot.

We love our new coffee pot. We use the pot for days when we will be having coffee at the same time and the single serve for most mornings.

I love it! The option of making a full pot or a single k cup works great for us. Sometimes you may want decaf when others want full caffeine. Some may want flavored coffee while others like their regular. Problem solved!!

This is a great coffee maker overall. I have always loved the Cuisinart over the competition for good taste and speed of delivery. There are two things a bit disappointed about. Not big issue, but there is no 12oz option. However, it is very easy to run 6oz twice – I love that you do not have to reset the pod to run a cycle again! The second is a bigger issue, this coffee maker has difficulty with the short style soft bottomed pods that work in most machines. If you re-puncture the pod and press a bit on the enclosure you can get them to work otherwise the top puncture is not enough and you get hot water spraying all about and no coffee. I did not receive any incentive to write this review.

I really like this coffee maker. My only complaint is that for me it isn’t the easiest to fill the reservoir for the pot. The kcup side is easy to refill. Otherwise I have no complaints.

This coffee center works great for us. My husband and I like to have different beverages daily, so being able to make him coffee and me tea so easily just works for us.
