Husband loves this. I don’t drink coffee. Stays clean.

Excellent coffee. Hard to fill water with carafe for pot of coffee.

The last few coffeemakers we’ve had did not seem to brew the coffee hot enough. So we have been looking for a coffee maker with a hot setting and found this one online. We love the option of a full pot of coffee or a single cup. We brew a pot of regular coffee every morning, and my husband enjoys a single cup of decaf at night. (All on the HOT setting!) It’s easy to operate and looks good with our other kitchen appliances. Cuisinart’s reputation influenced this purchase, and we have not been disappointed.

It makes good coffee but two negatives. It is difficult to pour water in the main reservoir due to the width of the machine, the interference of the lid to the maker and the small size of the opening to pour the water. Also the removal reservoir for the single serve side easily leaks

It seems that the water reservoir is small and my husband needs to use a funnel so makes it harder to use than a single pot was. We don’t use the single unit often so not sure we really needed it but has been handy when wanting a decaf cup. Only other thing of having a dual unit is if something goes wrong with one your out two products?

We had a coffee maker just like this one that was two years old and the pot side stopped working, so we bought another one. There were problems before with filling the water reservoir and this design did not fix it. For the price increase we were hoping for an upgrade but Cuisinart did not deliver.

Easy to use. Love that I can make either one full pot or just one cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

We really like that you can use the generic pod and your own coffee to brew a cup UNLIKE A KUERIG. The one thing that lowered the stars was the 12 cup brewer . If you put 12 -15 level scoops in the basket it is too full and in many cases the coffee grounds overflows into the pot . The coffee basket needs to be enlarged . To remedy that I only make 10 cups and put 10 level scoops in . THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED . VERY DISAPPOINTING

Great product except it states that it has to be cleaned right after cleaning the machine. But I would recommend this product.

This is a great coffee center! It is easy to use and so convenient being able to make a whole pot or just one cup! You can even use your own ground coffee in the single serve function. Coffee tastes great!

Both reservoirs are too small and require frequent refilling. Single serve pods must push down before closing lid. It does make a good tasting cup of coffee however.

Wish there was a bigger cup size for the individual coffee. 10 oz. is the largest size. I have big mugs and like a big mug of coffee. I do like that I can make my one cup or a pot of coffee. I also like that my husband can make his pot of dark roast coffee and I can use the individual one to make my medium roast.

This is my third Cuisinart coffee pot. Both of the old ones still work, I just wanted to upgrade. Unfortunately I’m not thrilled with this coffee center one. It makes good coffee, looks wonderful on my counter and is working well….BUT the design is awkward and not well thought out. Pouring the water into the carafe side is really inconvenient. You need to hold the full carafe of water nearly above your head to pour it into the small opening. The first time my husband did it, most of the water went down the back of the machine. I guess we’ll eventually get accustomed to it, but it’s not very well designed. I like the single serve side just fine and really like that you don’t need to add water for every single cup. I can’t give it a better rating than 3 stars though because of the poor design on the carafe side.

Love the convenience of making a full pot or just one cup. Some grinds often make it into the cup/pot, more so the pot. Going to try a coffee I can grind less fine.

I have expectations regarding my first sip of coffee..the heat has has to be ooh so right….this pot provides that and then some.

I don’t like the fact that it is hard to fill the water chamber using the coffee pot itself. The lid doesn’t open enough to allow the coffee pot to completely empty.

We like having both drip coffee carafe and single cup options. Handsome unit, fits nicely on the counter.

The coffee pot is wonderful. But I have a pot and pan set that is not what I expected. One pan has huge scratch.

Makes good coffee. Has some issues that are annoying, but seem to be easily rectified.1. The Keurig water tank can leak on occasion. After sending a message to Cuisinart, they recommend cleaning the tank with a mild detergent solution, letting it soak an hour, then rinsing and refilling. Surprisingly, this fixed the leak. Evidently there’s a sticking issue with the valve at the bottom of the tank.2. The Keurig nozzles can clog, spurt, or otherwise behave in an unpredictable manner. The coffeemaker I have has been free of this issue reported by other users.3. Filling the coffeemaker with water requires careful aiming of the glass carafe. If it’s positioned toward the front, in the narrow spot between filter basket and the wall of the tank, it’s possible to empty the carafe fully. Otherwise, the lid gets in the way. 4. When the carafe is done brewing, it emits five loud beeps. There’s no way to disable this should you want or need to.5. Having an external power switch is nice, but why? Perhaps because otherwise there’s no way to shut the warmer off if it’s in timer mode. And there’s no setting to allow the warmer to stay on longer than four hours. One might argue that this is a safety concern, or that the coffee tastes bitter after four hours of being on the warmer. But having the option to keep it on for a little while longer would be nice.
