We had a coffee maker just like this one that was two years old and the pot side stopped working, so we bought another one. There were problems before with filling the water reservoir and this design did not fix it. For the price increase we were hoping for an upgrade but Cuisinart did not deliver.

Great 2 in 1 Brewer. Overall I love this brewer. The only negatives I would have is it’s an awkward reach to pour the water in the full pot resivoire and the beeper that sounds when the pot is finished brewing, is extremely loud. It wakes up the rest of the household. But I love the dual options!

I was hesitant to purchase this because of the bad reviews regarding coffee spewing everywhere. Let me just say that I love this unit. I use k-cups in the single serve side as opposed to filling the enclosed filter cup with coffee – and I have had no problems with coffee shooting everywhere. I use the pot side on weekends and have had no issues. It makes a great pot of coffee. I do use a small pitcher to fill the water reservoirs on both sides and it does make the process easier. Would definitely purchase again – depending on the longevity.

I give it three stars because it is difficult to pour water in for the coffee maker without spilling water down the back of the machine and the reservoir being at the back of the machine. This makes it not so user-friendly under a cupboard. I also don’t like the way the coffee splatters while making the individual cup.

I really like the look of the Coffee Center. I purchased it so that I could make large pots of coffee on the weekends and grab a quick cup on the way to work. I am disappointed that the water reservoir for the single-serve side leaks. It has dripped on our counter tops, cabinet doors, and wood floors. We now have to put just enough in the reservoir to make one cup each day.

We really like that you can use the generic pod and your own coffee to brew a cup UNLIKE A KUERIG. The one thing that lowered the stars was the 12 cup brewer . If you put 12 -15 level scoops in the basket it is too full and in many cases the coffee grounds overflows into the pot . The coffee basket needs to be enlarged . To remedy that I only make 10 cups and put 10 level scoops in . THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED . VERY DISAPPOINTING

I don’t like the fact that it is hard to fill the water chamber using the coffee pot itself. The lid doesn’t open enough to allow the coffee pot to completely empty.
