We love our Coffee Center. It replaced a 10 cup coffeemaker and is our first single-serve. It’s very easy to use the single-serve filter with grounds, so we haven’t purchased any pods or k-cups. Only reason this isn’t a five-star review is that the single-serve spits/splatters while making a cup. Our solution is to place an upside-down ramiken underneath the coffee mug so it’s closer to the opening.

I love the combo coffee options. It’s especially great for when we have guests at our house.

Very convenient. Easy to use and clean. I regularly use both the single serve and the carafe.

It was time to replace our coffee maker and we chose this one because of the built in single serve. Our kids enjoy making their own hot chocolate and it’s easy. I also am happy with the bold brew option and the warmer, which seems to keep the coffee hot for a long time, better than my previous pot.

We find it very hard to pour water from the pot (measure 6 cups of water) into the reservoir. Since the lid cannot be remove, it prevents us from being able to place the spout closer to the reservoir opening. Some of the water spills onto the countertop. Otherwise, we love all the multiple features

Coffee tastes bitter out of the single serve side. I took a temperature probe and it only reached 150 degrees which is not nearly hot enough.

Great space saver on my countertop and much better then competitor product that I had originally purchased. Although this cuisinart was more expensive the features were well worth it. This actually has double reservoir (one for coffee make and one for k-cup brewing). The k-cup reservoir holds enough for multiple cups of coffee vs the competitor which is truly a “single brew”. Would highly recommend over competitor product which was less expensive. Very pleased with product thus far.

Once I learn how to make the perfect pot of coffee, now I love my Cusinart

Wish there was a bigger cup size for the individual coffee. 10 oz. is the largest size. I have big mugs and like a big mug of coffee. I do like that I can make my one cup or a pot of coffee. I also like that my husband can make his pot of dark roast coffee and I can use the individual one to make my medium roast.

This dual coffee maker hits all the sweet spots…90% of the time. Coffee brews hot, both in the carafe and k-cup dispenser. Customer service has been spot on and stands behind their product. I encountered a fast clock with my first ss-15. In a weeks time it was 45 minutes fast. Cuisinart apologized and two weeks later I have a new one. Only thing I wish I could turn off or mute is the end of brew signal, 5 loud beeps that can be heard a block away. Loud enough to wake man and beast. In this case my significant other and a spoiled Aussiedoodle. 5 stars otherwise.

I really like the coffee maker and especially like the fact that I can brew a 12 cup pot (for the weekends) and brew a K cup for single cup servings, like when you’re on the way out and need coffee for the ride to work.If i had to criticize anything it would be having to fill the water reservoir for the 12 cup brewer. The opening in both back corners to pour the water in is a little tight. This isn’t a deal breaker though, my wife and I love it.

Coffee brews great, but hard to pur water from carafe into hole as lid does not go back far enough for the angle to work to empty the carafe. Also, the first week there was non stopncrackling and popping for hours at a time, but it is working fine now. We’ll see going forward.Single cup worked fine the one time used.

Easy to use. Love that I can make either one full pot or just one cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

First off its beautiful! Love having the ability to have a pot or single cup. Just as everyone says there are a few designs flaws but not deal breakers. The reservoir on the pot side is in the back and kind of hard to fill using the pot without spilling water. My fix was to use a small funnel or pull the unit out on my cabinet slider. (Best investment) as for the kcup side it does splatter but fix was to use taller cups. I use a yeti and it fits perfect. Overall I love ot!

Nice product works every time and never an overflow. Coffee is hot too. Forget the cheaper products and buy quality. I did. One for my vacation home in fla one for camp in NH.

We replaced a Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker and a Keureg with this one beautiful device. I don’t like the cone filters but what can you do. Brews a great pot of coffee and single cups as well.

Great Coffee Maker. Minor issue with the reservoir on the single serve side. Cuisinart handled and replaced what was needed without an issue.

I enjoy the ability to fix an entire pot of coffee or a single cup. My only issue is that I’ve had the ground almost completely overflow into the pot.

I bought this to replace a 14 cup coffee maker and I am so glad I chose this one. My husband can now have a fresh hot cup of coffee instead of heating up what I left for him. We use it for Hot Chocolate as well. This made a great addition to our kitchen!

I have expectations regarding my first sip of coffee..the heat has has to be ooh so right….this pot provides that and then some.
