Only complaint..the K-Cup side overflows frequently. I wish I had read reviews before purchase. However, we now push the K-Cup down hard enough to puncture the bottom of cup and have had no problems since.

I’m not sure how I lived without this. I’m a big tea and coffee drinker and this coffee maker provides both. You can make a 12 cup pot of coffee or just a single cup pod serving. It’s incredible the wide selection of pods for coffee, tea and even hot chocolate. I would have given this 5 stars but it’s a little tricky the way they have it set up to fill the 12 cup coffee reservoir.

I wish auto off were easier to use and the single serve splashes a good bit on our counters with a mug below. We like the look overall but don’t like it as well as our previous Cuisinart coffee maker with insulated carafe.

We love it! the only thing to make it perfect is if the water reservoir was bigger but I understand that since we bought the one w the carafe there was prob not room. This was a compromise of 2 people . One who used to only drink out of a pot of coffee and now, even she loves it! She loves she can make a pot of coffee when she has bridge ladies over.

Both reservoirs are too small and require frequent refilling. Single serve pods must push down before closing lid. It does make a good tasting cup of coffee however.

Love the convenience of making a full pot or just one cup. Some grinds often make it into the cup/pot, more so the pot. Going to try a coffee I can grind less fine.

This machine had very little to set up. It works very well (full pot, 1 cup or programmed). Not to mention it looks nice.

I got my cuisinart coffee maker for Christmas and it is one of the best I have ever had

This coffee maker offers great options for brewing a pot or single servings. We really like the reservoir for the single serving side so it doesn’t need filled for each cup. We loved this coffee maker so much that we bought a second one even before the first one wore out!

It seems that the water reservoir is small and my husband needs to use a funnel so makes it harder to use than a single pot was. We don’t use the single unit often so not sure we really needed it but has been handy when wanting a decaf cup. Only other thing of having a dual unit is if something goes wrong with one your out two products?

Love this machine. Can do a pot, single & kcups. Has two different reservoirs for water. Comes with an attachment for using ground coffee in the kcup side. Timer to make your coffee by programing it. Warming element to keep coffee warm for up to 4 hrs. Only draw back is the instructions to brew a pot on the delayed timer.

Makes good coffee. Has some issues that are annoying, but seem to be easily rectified.1. The Keurig water tank can leak on occasion. After sending a message to Cuisinart, they recommend cleaning the tank with a mild detergent solution, letting it soak an hour, then rinsing and refilling. Surprisingly, this fixed the leak. Evidently there’s a sticking issue with the valve at the bottom of the tank.2. The Keurig nozzles can clog, spurt, or otherwise behave in an unpredictable manner. The coffeemaker I have has been free of this issue reported by other users.3. Filling the coffeemaker with water requires careful aiming of the glass carafe. If it’s positioned toward the front, in the narrow spot between filter basket and the wall of the tank, it’s possible to empty the carafe fully. Otherwise, the lid gets in the way. 4. When the carafe is done brewing, it emits five loud beeps. There’s no way to disable this should you want or need to.5. Having an external power switch is nice, but why? Perhaps because otherwise there’s no way to shut the warmer off if it’s in timer mode. And there’s no setting to allow the warmer to stay on longer than four hours. One might argue that this is a safety concern, or that the coffee tastes bitter after four hours of being on the warmer. But having the option to keep it on for a little while longer would be nice.

It’s nice to be able to use one or the other and not have to use the carafe for just one cup!

Its super quiet and makes a great cup of coffee. I use the reusable pod and my wife uses the store bought k-cups and we are both thrilled.

We bought this for the office break room and like it so much that I bought one for my home as well. It saved counter space be replacing a standard coffee pot and a single-serve brewer. The only complaint is difficulty filling the main reservoir. The single-serve reservoir is removable and can be filled from the tap or fridge. The main reservoir is not removable and the opening is small; also the lid is in the way when you need to up-end to drain the last of the water in the carafe. The carafe dribbles down the front if you try to pour water into the reservoir quickly. The result is a slow reservoir fill with water dripping everywhere anyway.

The coffee pot is wonderful. But I have a pot and pan set that is not what I expected. One pan has huge scratch.

All K cup sized cups fit and work fine. Haven’t used the large pot yet. Works great, only downside is that it splashes a few drops onto the counter. No biggie.

This love this combo coffeemaker. When the whole family is home on the weekends I love being able to make a whole pot of coffee. Through the week when it’s just me I like that I have the capability in one machine to make a single cup. One of my only complaints is the location of the small space available to pour the water in the coffeemaker when making a pot. Negative: I’ve Had a few issues where all the lights start flashing and I have to unplug and leave it sit before it will let me through any coffee this is frustrating since I’ve only had this machine a few months. So far it continues to work after I’ve unplugged for a few minutes but still a hassle.,
