Works Great! Although, it is unclear what size the 10 cups are per cup that fills the pot (6, 8,10 OZ?) Might consider making it possible to brew a single cup while the brewer is filling the pot. Insulated pot keeps it at an acceptable temperature for us.

I read reviews and got a little nervous but I got my Cuisinart and I love my coffee maker. It is so handy and easy to use. I make a quick cup when needed and when the family feels for coffee I make a lot. And this thing keeps the coffee hot for a very long time.

I usually buy Cuisinart coffee makers because for whatever reason they seem to last longer in the extreme hard water environment in the Phoenix area. This one is by far my favorite coffee maker of all time. Both the whole pot side & the K-cup side make the best cup of coffee of any coffee maker I have owned & I have owned many brands both cheap & expensive. The insulated carafe is much improved over the previous version & keeps the coffee hot all day. I am really pleased with my purchase.

I love this machine. It just feels well made. The single serve side has actual metal k-cup piercing spikes, not the flimsy plastic variety you find on other brands. The lid to it snaps solidly in place and opens in a well enginerred manner. Even the mode selection knobs feel solid. I love it.

Love the coffee pot but the single cup brewer pales in comparison to my old Keurig. It dispenses the water/coffee all over the place instead of in a stream so Unless you use a really tall cup, there is a mess to clean up. I’ve tried taking apart and reassembling the parts but no help.

This Coffeemaker is amazing. You have the choice, to make a few cups, or use a pod. There is something about waking up to a coffee aroma in the air getting you ready for the day. Usually, in the afternoon we use a pod for a quick cup. Besides the quality of this machine the customer service and integrity of the company is #1!

This coffee center is absolutely perfect for us! It works great and we couldn’t be happier. One thing to know- there is an on/off switch on the side of the machine. It isn’t mentioned in the directions at all, so when we got it, I thought it was defective.

I absolutely love this coffee pot. Its well worth the price tag. The individual cup side is fast and has 3 different cup settings which is convenient. Coffee is always hot but not scalding. I only have small issues with the full pot side. I love that the thermal pot keeps the coffee warm for hours but, I can’t see into the pot so I have no idea when its empty. Maybe you guys can put a little see through strip on the pots in the future. And the other issue is that the full pot brews quite slow. Both minor things that doesn’t stop me from naming this coffee pot my absolute favorite!

Excellent coffee maker. I did have to spend some time figuring out how to use the brew setting and auto-program on the coffee pot. And I had to take some time figuring out how to use the single brew cup, but after a lot of patience and carefully reading the instructions I got it working well.
