I purchased this coffee maker and single serve brewer over other models for 2 main reasons: past experience with a Cuisinart thermal coffee maker and an attractive countertop design. Additional pros: – Cone shaped coffee filter. Better utilization of coffee grounds – Thermal craft keeps coffee hot without affecting flavor or making coffee taste burnt Items keeping this review from being 5 star: – Filling the water small rear located reservoir is challenging and cumbersome – A dimmer setting for the clock would be nice – On the dial brew, clock, auto setting button, it would be more efficient if the auto and brew setting were next to each other – Lid sometimes is hard to align and close

Easy to use and clean. Makes a perfect cup of coffee. I replaced my old cuisinart with a delonghi. What a mistake. It went in the garage when I went back to you guys

Works great and is perfect for having a 2-in-1 coffee pot and single serve option. The only issue is that the single serve splatters a little. That’s no problem just a little mess to clean. Overall, we love it.

This is a handsome addition to our countertop. The large water reservoir holds plenty of water for pods while the pot method stores only enough for one use to ensure fresh water use optimized flavor. I have already recommended this product to others as the price and value offered with HD was best.

I purchased the Cuisinart Coffee Center to replace another coffee maker I had been using for years. I wanted something that I could use to make a single cup or carafe, but the added bonus was having the option of using my own choice of grounds for the single cup or a coffee pod. My previous coffee maker allowed me to use my own grounded coffee for single cup, but did not accommodate coffee pods. Having had the Coffee Center for at least a year now, I am completely satisfied with is versatility, ease of use, options and quality

We preferred our last Cuisinart coffee maker’s detachable water reservoir to pouring water into a small area beside the filter. It’s two steps instead of one and difficult to refill using the thermal pot.

every morning bright and early…great coffee

This coffee maker is feature packed, well built, convenient, stylish and makes great coffee but they could not have made it more difficult for a right handed person to fill the water reservoir. Tedious and a mess every time.

I love 99% of this coffee maker. Just two things I don’t like. When doing the coffee pods it does not spray evenly it spatters outside of where the coffee sits. The second thing is the lid on the coffee pod side is flimsy when you lift it, it looks and feels like it will separate into two pieces top and bottom.

It is not the easiest coffee maker to fill with water but overall a nice coffeemaker.

Easy to use. Very convient having both units in one.

Overall this is a good coffee maker. One problem. The single serve side of the unit does not heat the water high enough. It is barely above luke warm.

Good quality.

The overall product is great. One little thing that bothers me is that the carafe doesn’t empty completely. One must turn it over to empty it. That’s very annoying. Also when you pour water from the carafe to fill the tank you must be careful as the water will splash everywhere if you’re not.

Like the flexibility of single cup/Keurig or whole pot. Thermal carafe keeps coffee hot and fresh for at least 8 hours.

Easy to use. Perfect machine for homes with someone that drinks a pot of coffee in the morning and, at the same time, someone who wants a cup of different coffee. Both the carafe side and single serve side delivers hot coffee quickly and insulated carafe keeps coffee hot.

replaced another brand similar model to Cuisinart model. Had a Cuisinart before and wanted the water filter and the floating red ball indicator in the water reservoir. Although this model does have the desired water filter (for both the 10cup and single cup reservoir), there is no red ball indicator. red ball makes it easier to see the water level in low light. the reservoir opening for the 10cup brewer is much small than my previous Cuisinart coffee maker. 9 times out of 10, I’m spilling water over the side, whether I pour fresh water on the rightside (which is a little big bigger) or the left side.

The convenience of having both kinds of brewing in the same appliance is great! We have prior experience with a Cuisinart thermal carafe, and that half of the machine does as well as the one we know. Yes, the carafe needs to be turned upside down to fully empty it, but that was not a surprise, and not much of a hassle either. It does keep the coffee hot for hours. On the single brew side, the reservoir is a big improvement over the Keurig machine we replaced, which had to be filled with water for each cup. Not only does this provide 3-4 cups before refilling, it also makes the coffee much faster since the water is pre-heated. Topping off the reservoir each morning when preparing the carafe side keeps the effort to a minimum. Contrary to some of the reviews, we have not experienced any “splattering” of the single-brew stream – it comes straight down into the cup. We have a small countertop area and had to do some rearranging to make this work, but it was all well worth it. My wife has her regular coffee ready each morning, and I get my decaf from the single brew. What’s not to like?

Easy to use, looks nice on the counter, saves space with the single brew and carafe all in all one. Working great so far!

Would have rated a five but filling the water reservoir for the coffee maker is very hard to fill without spilling water.
