I picked this coffee maker to replace a still working Cuisinart, now 18 years old .

Easy to assemble. Makes delicious coffee

Coffee is generally good. The pod portion does not work nearly a smoothly as the Keurig machines. If the pod is not pressed down perfectly into the cone, coffee grounds will escape out the top and make a mess. Makes good coffee.

The jury is out on my review. It seems to leak water out of the reservoir and the part that holds the K-Cup tends to drip for quite a while after brewing a cup.

I love my new coffee maker from Cuisinart. I has worked beautifully for me. My husband loves the single serve pod use. It looks great on my countertop.

The coffee pot was leaking. I was waking up to a puddle of water every morning. I called the company to see if I was doing something wrong, but to find out I wasn’t. They sent me a new coffee center and so far it working great. The coffee taste great, it’s brews fast and is easy to use.

So far, so good. Perfect combo for a teleworking couple, one of whom drinks 3-4 cups and prefers dark roast, while the other is trying to cut back on caffeine and only drinks one cup of regular or decaf.

Have had about three weeks. We have had no real trouble with it… we love that we can use k cup of someone in family just wants a cup individually … only issue is hard to get water in brewer section without splashing elsewhere . We use a plastic gallon milk jug which helps direct the water flow better

Works great! I have always chosen Cousinart for my drip coffee makers. This dual use maker is Ideal for a busy family where some days we use a whole pot and others times it’s a quick k-cup.Note- others have posted about leaking. I have noticed it can be slightly awkward pouring the water in for a full pot brew. If you don’t get it just right the water will make its way to the counter. A careful pour will fix that!

For the most part, I love it. I do wish the coffee was hotter and the pot was 12 cups instead of 10.

While we like the convenience of the two in one product we are disappointed that the thermos pot does not stay warm long and there is no heating element under the pot. Also the single serve water spigot is very messy, splashing water all over instead of a straight stream into the cup. It is an ok product.

I like to brew a half pot of coffee for myself. My wife likes the k-cups. This coffee maker works perfectly for us.

Love the convienant and compact design. Love that someone can make one cup or a pot of coffee without 2 appliances on the counter. The thermal carafe is sturdy and keeps coffee hot without the burnt flavor. I bought the glass carafe before and we chipped it several times so went with the thermal carafe this time. Some complaints, not having a measurement on the outside so you can use the carafe to fill up the water reservoir, you get better at guessing after a few tries. Also it’s almost impossible to empty out all the coffee from the carafe due to the design of the lip of the spout, so some is left unless you take off the lid and practically put it upside down.

We have enjoyed using our new 10-cup Thermal Coffeemaker and Single-Serve. However when using the single-serve feature, and removing the cup the unit continued to drip onto the removable drip tray plate even after we remove the capsule. The second concern we have with the single-serve when we put a capsule into the brewing chamber we have to push the capsule in with our hands to puncture the bottom of the capsule. When we just close the brew head without first puncturing the capsule the brewer tears the top of the capsule.

I am very happy with my SS-20. The thermal carafe keeps coffee steaming hot over the course of the day and the K-Cup hardware seems more forgiving than Keurig devices (my old Keurig was finicky). The only thing I would change it the intensity of the lighting on the face, it is insanely bright.

Love that it makes both kinds of coffee. It is odd that it can’t brew both simultaneously though. You must follow directions about aligning the arrows in the pod or you will have a mess

Like the option of making a full pot of coffee or a single cup!
