HELP – I really love this and have given several as gifts, however I am experiencing a problem I’ve never had before…the piece that punctures the pod is making a larger hole, allowing grinds to overflow and get in my cup of coffee… I did the vinegar cleaner but it didn’t do anything and I can’t use it like this …any suggestion ?

You have to move coffee machine out from the wall to refill water tank, which is frequently since it’s a small device. Wish I could add water from the front. Otherwise I like the machine.

This is the SS-5 which I purchased to replace the SS-6 single serve brewer. I use this in my small RV and these two were space efficient and held enough water to brew 3-4 mugs of coffee without refilling it. There aren’t many single serve brewers that are this compact and that are as easy to used. Similar products from other vendors were either too wide or cost more. The SS-6 that this replaced fell out of the cabinet when going down a bumpy road. The fit and finish are better on the SS-6 but I don’t think it is offered any longer.
