We pretty much love everything about this appliance. I would give it 5 stars if it had the capability to dial in any temperature. For example, when I cook bacon, I have to choose between 350 and 400 when what I really want is a temperature of 360. No biggie, it still cooks bacon to perfection.

The “knob” feels loose and ready to break. Easy to clean. It would help to include some basic “recipes” such as how to cook/ fry chicken wings, in the short manual included with the product. Some tips on how to do basic things. When to use the two rack positions for example. Also, a “cook book” that has a meaningful table of contents and is “searchable” for key words.

The Cuisinart Air Fryer met all our expectations and more. We use it several times a day. Everything we make in it comes out much better than cooking it any other way. Pizza as good as pizzeria pizza, chicken wings, and nuggets, all nice and crispy. Jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks all done well. Muffins, Toast, and Bagels all come out real good.
