It’s a good oven. To make it perfect I would like it to have the following 3 features: 1) The ability to pause cooking when the door is opened especially when speed convection is on, 2) Allow the user to add and subtract multiple minutes to the cook time while cooking, 3) Allow the user to increase and decrease cooking temperature while cooking.

The oven worked properly however the door would not close and allowed heat and steam to escape. We had to mail it back which was a real hassle. This has been reported by many other buyers over a long time and is still a problem. We will not buy another one!

I had a different toaster oven at first for much less but I didn’t care for it so I decided to spend a little more and get this one. I don’t regret it at all. Everything I have tried so far has turned out well. I’m still learning how to use it and I’ve had a couple of mishaps because I didn’t know how to use the oven. I tried to cook a veggie roast which can be cooked in an oven with the packaging but not in a toaster and it burned. User error clearly. Toast, bagels, burger buns come out beautifully, crispy on the outside and soft inside. I am very pleased.

Great lil’ oven. We use toaster most days. Even browning is good. The rack is attached by hooks on the door on lower rack position and is awkward to close. Wife used clear nail polish to protect numbers from waring off, worked great… BIG POSSITIVE…unit was14 months old and selector began to fail. Called warranty dept. and was sent new replacementno hassels.

So far I really like my Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven. It really makes nice toast.Since, we just moved in not too long ago, I haven’t tried all the settings. I did make some potatoes in it and they were tasty. I wish better cookware had been included, but I will purchase some additional pans. They stick really badly. The oven looks nice and seems to clean up well though I do clean after using so things don’t take hold.
