I am happy with this product. It works as designed and is of simple sturdy construction. The waffles made are the perfect size (about 6 inches diameter) and can rise to about an inch thickness. I have followed the instructions and have used Pam to spray on the cooking surfaces and the waffles never stick. It is also easy to keep clean.

Just opened it and used it for the first time so I can’t comment on how durable it will be – but this worked great. It’s very solid and cleans up easily. Using the measuring cup might be a less efficient than just knowing how much to pour. The option of making two at a time makes it much easier to feed a family without people waiting. Lights and sounds made it easy to know when the waffles are done. When we had other waffle makers before it seemed the first waffle was always wasted and it required making a couple before the good ones were made. This one seems to make great waffles from the very first one and they are all consistent. Let’s hope this thing is this good for a long time.

Works really good. The tops of both waffles come out little lighter than bottoms, but i can live with this. Measuring cup that comes with it is perfect size. In all, this waffle iron works great. Glad i bought it. Would give 5 stars if both sides toasted the same, but never had a iron that did.

Overall, we’ve been very happy with our purchase. We’ve made the overnight waffles a few times. The flavor is great. We use the cup that was provided-at times, a lot of batter overflows creating a big mess. When we back off from filling the cup, we get waffles that aren’t filled out. It’s inconsistent. Not sure what is going on.
