The Cuisinart Vertical Waffle Maker makes fantastic waffles every time, but the only negative is cleaning up the waffle maker after use takes some time. Use a measuring cup to pour the waffle mix in not the scoop that is supplied. But it’s well worth the cleaning hassle.

This waffle maker is so easy to use and clean. It takes up much less space than our old waffle maker while making the same size waffles. We even made blueberry waffles. We smashed the blueberries with a potato masher and mixed them in the batter so it went into the waffle maker easily. They came out great and we will try it with the frozen-thawed (mashed) strawberries next.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I love it! The vertical design saves so much counter space. The waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The only thing I don’t like is it takes a bit to figure out just how much batter you need to fill it up but not so much it overflows out of the top. Pretty easy to clean even when it does make a mess. Overall I love it much more than my last waffle maker

Great waffles! Tricky to get the correct amount of batter in the maker to prevent overflow. Easy to clean. Non-stick surface slows waffles to be removed easily. Definitely recommend this waffle maker!

This product was very easy to use. I like the pouring cup, which We found out that filling it with batter to 1/4” from the top is about the right amount. We haven’t even had to spray the waffle iron surface with “Pam”. The waffle peels right off. Very easy to clean. The pour spout makes it so easy to add batter to the waffle iron. I would recommend this waffle iron!

I am giving this waffle maker 3 stars. There are several concerns: The only heat setting I use is #5, as the lower settings do not bake the waffles sufficiently. I also find that often the batter does not reach the bottom of the grid, resulting in a 3/4 waffle. The recipes are good and the finished waffles are tasty. The waffle maker is easy to use and clean.

This makes perfect waffles every time as long as you do just one scoop with the included scoop. Put the setting on 3 and that is the perfect time. It has a Audible sound that goes off when done. It also is a non stick so makes for easy removing the waffles… I recommend this to everyone

It is sensitive to the thickness of the batter. If the batter is a bit thick, it hardly goes down to where it should go. This limits its flexibility.
