Requires a coconut oil (or other) layer before each use (not each waffle). Spills out on the sides and makes a frustrating mess that gets caught in the cracks, even when the recommended batter amount is placed into the wafflemaker. If it weren’t for these issues, I’d rate it a 5, because it would be great, and it’s small and compact and easy to use.

Great waffle iron makes perfect waffles. It’s not intimidating at all for my first waffle iron and does not take up a lot of space on my kitchen counter.

Works well. It’s very basic-not typical Cuisinart. The metal is very lightweight.

Love it! So easy to use – batter in the middle, close it up and wait for the green light! Perfect every time!

I had hoped it would make a crispy waffle but I can’t seem to get it right. The waffle iron design is very nice and light.

I was happily surprised when I received my waffle maker. It looks great, is sturdy, high quality, and cooks evenly and very well. It took just a minute to learn how to use. I love that it doesn’t take much room in my kitchen drawer; easily stored, easily retrieved. I am very happy with this purchase.

Easy to use, but more importantly…easy to clean. Used it Christmas morning for our annual breakfast and it was the star of the show!

This waffle maker works as it was designed to work…..it changes liquid batter into a waffle.

Somewhat small in size, but heating is fast, even, and the non stick plates are very good.

This waffle Iron is very nice. The inside was larger than it looks and cooks big waffles quick. There is a light on it that lets you know when they are done. Also it stands on end for tight storage.

Not bad, but doesn’t get waffles crisp and cooks unevenly.

Waffles came out fine. However, the waffle maker itself doesn’t particularly sturdy. I wonder how long it will last.

Excellent waffle quality is attained with this economy model maker. The ready light is accurate, and is especially nice for knowing when to start making the first waffle. The browning slider seems a little loose. I set it between between 2 and 3 for the perfectly browned, slightly crispy exterior.

The waffle iron is truly non-stick when used with the CuisineArt recipe! Recommend tongs with nylon tips for waffle removal.

I needed to replace a very old waffle maker. This one fulfills every hope. The maker heats up quickly which makes it very easy to make waffles for a crowd. The ready lights take the guesswork out of making the waffles and the waffles come out perfectly. The added bonus is it can be stored standing up on end.
