Good it seems the replacement filters are always out of stock not only at Home Depot….pick out the lil rubber washer in the handle where it meets the hose for much better flow.

We love the Culligan showerhead because it is the only affordable hand-held one with a filter. We can tell when the filter is getting to the end of it’s life (about 3 mos) because our skin gets drier and water flow is lower. That’s how we know that when we replace the filter it is working well – less dry skin, great water flow and few or no water spots on the tile. We replaced our first one after about 5 years because several spray holes cracked when the showerhead was dropped. We highly recommend the Culligan showerhead.

Overall its a good product that gives great water pressure when the filter is installed. The shower head is too heavy because of the water filter. When the shower head is placed on the shower holder, the shower head slips and does not stay in place because of how heavy it is. Its a nusceance trying to shower when the shower head keeps sliding down because the shower head is too heavy for the shower holder. I literally hold it with my hand while showering (talk about hand held lol). Installation was simple.

I have only used it twice so far, but it works really well. Skin doesn’t seem as dry as usual. Hair is more manageable. The head is pretty heavy, but as long as it works well, that’s not a problem. I think installation was very easy, but we had a pro install it since he was installing a new surround.

Easy to install, great product and no leaks whatsoever after 1 month of usage. This is a second head because only one of the shower settings of the first set did not work but it could just be a rare factory defect. At any rate, it still deserves 5 star.

Notice that the web page does not tell you where this item was made. If it was made in the United States of America, I would think they would be proud and tell you. However I suspect that it was made in China. Beware that the threads for the hose to attach to are plastic. Be careful, they cross thread very easy. For the price, you would think that they could include a second filter. The filter is contained in the shower head, which makes it unbalanced when using in the hand mode.
