Found the Culligan filtered shower head in a review of the top 5 shower heads online. Did some more research and read all good reviews so I decided to try it. A few weeks into the purchase and I am very pleased. The water in our town has a stinky chlorine smell and we can almost feel the damage its doing to our skin and hair. No more chlorine smell after we started using this shower head. A great intermediate step for those who don’t want to spend the $$$$ on a whole house filter system. Shower is not metal (but what is these days?), only composite plastic, bust still does a great job. Works as advertised, thank you Culligan.

I can’t say “Excellent” yet because it’s only been installed for two weeks now. Immediately after installation, there was a bit of a sulfur smell. After running water thru, it went away. The different settings work fine. It drips water if the shower setting is off :/. In FL. I have low expectations.

Seems to help! Our water comes from a well and although I didn’t test the water before and after the metallic/sulfur smell seems to be less apparent in the shower now compared to other faucets in the house. I would like to note that we do also have a water softener.
