Added this to my servers. Charged it for 8 hours, per instructions. Now it’s working flawlessly. Highly recommended.

Easy to install. Software easily allows me to track both current and historical usage to make sure I will have capacity when I need it.

We bought this to protect our PC, network & cable box in case of outages or surges. Even though we have a generator, it takes about 30 seconds for it to kick in so we wanted this extra protection for our devices. It was easy to set up and so far works well (we tested it)

Haven’t stressed it yet, so take this with a grain of salt. It’s great otherwise, though. Really easy setup, integrated seamlessly with Windows 10.

I’ve had a number of earlier CyberPower UPS’s but this is the 1st to have a replaceable battery – Yeah! I was able to use the USB connection to notify either my Synology NAS or my Mac so they could gracefully shut down, but could not find a simple app for the Mac to get a notification relayed from the NAS. Cyberpower’s app does not seem to support the NAS’s ability to forward the notice.

Quick service in shipping this unit after ordering. All seems to be working as expected, but the test will be if we lose power, which of course hasn’t happened since installing the unit. But software monitoring the system is working fine, communication from the UPS to the computer is consistent, stats are interesting. Lots of stuff plugged into it, so far, so good.

I replaced an old Cyber-Power UPS with the 900VA AVR and so far I am very happy with the additional back up power that this UPS has.
