I bought this unit explicitly because its rack mountable. It meets most of its specs, and will power my server rack for a respectable amount of time. I can get more than 20 minutes runtime with a moderate load (less than 500W). Unfortunately, the unit is severely gilded by the lack of requisite rack mounting hardware. My unit did not include the rack rails (CP2RAIL02). The remaining mounting option was to use only the front rack ears to hold the entire weight. This causes the rear of the unit to droop by over 12mm (1/2), interfering with rack mounted equipment below. I contacted CyberPower about this, and they said that my 750VA unit, does not include the rails. They are unable to send me one, because the rail kit is not sold separately. The remaining solution is to use L supports, which is not ideal. I am disappointed that I am having so many difficulties using the UPS as intended: in a rack.
