With support for Wave II 802.11ac connectivity, the DIR-878 AC1900 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router from D-Link is capable of achieving wireless data transfer speeds of up to 1900 Mbps. To achieve these speeds, the DIR-878 not only supports the 802.11ac Wi-Fi network standard, it also operates concurrently on both the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies. A built-in QoS engine helps to manage bandwidth to ensure data-intensive tasks receive the necessary network resources to operate smoothly. If a wired connection is what you need, this D-Link router comes equipped with four Gigabit Ethernet ports to connect smart TVs, computers, game consoles, and more directly to the network.

This is actually a four spatial stream, AC2600 router. I dont have the expertise to measure its performance, but its working perfectly. Im using it as an access point, so the WAN port is disconnected. That causes it to wrongly display an error message saying its not connected to the internet. I have ASUS and Linksys routers and their user interfaces give you far more control, and are easier to use, than the D-Link. For example, theres no MAC address filtering on the D-Link. Not sure what the price is now, but it was a great value for what I paid.
