I was turned on to this bar a couple years ago as a substitute to the standard halligan bar. My folks love them for entry and demo work on the fire ground, they are easy to spot and are roughly a third of the price.

The tool is well worth price. Great size tool for a fire officer. It’s a bit short for an interior firefighter. I modified it by making it a bit longer. Still worth every penny. What are you waiting for? Buy one!

You can not beat the quality of this tool for the price you pay. I am pleased with the color being more of a green than a yellow. It is also a heavy tool which is good for overhaul operations.

Great tool for the salty fireman in us all….use it to save lives, destroy doors, break down barriers and demolish stereotypes. It would cost 100x more if it had an NFPA sticker.In all seriousness, for $50, it is a solid personal tool. No replacement for a Halligan bar, but OK for lightweight interior doors.

Being a firefighter its Perfect for interior operations in a lightweight wood frame structure.My only complaint is the fork end on the bar I received was not welded on straight with the bar. No big deal tho. Cause its $ 55.00

As a volunteer firefighter and a owner of a landscaping company I purchased one for my personal gear for the F.D. Used it at a fire for overhauling and it worked awesome. Could be a little longer but plan to use time and time again. Landscaping side: I use one for fencing, clearing areas you don’t want to stick your hands… and general around the shop use. For the price you can’t touch this in any firehouse magazine or online for double plus some.

In fact, we argue over who gets to use the Demo Hawg and who has to use the other one. The demo is nearly complete of a two story farmhouse thanks to the Demo Hawg.
