I count the number of times that the flange has saved me from smashing my hand with the hammer. I’m up to 17.The rest of this chisel does what it’s supposed to, breaks bricks and blocks, lifts tiles off thinset, and chips thinset off slabs. Nothing special in any of that, and any chisel will do that just as well.The reason to get this is for the thick rubber flange, that’s a total hand-saver.
