I found it very easy to install with plenty of mounting plates and harnesses. The only item I would change is I’d make the screws larger and longer (they are so small they are easy to lose- and I used a magnetic driver).While these are rated exterior, I am dubious about the power supply itself having that rating. Otherwise all in all, seems like a good product. In my picture I used 5 sets with 2 power sources.

I wanted some soft lighting under our new palapa and these lights were the perfect choice. They provide the ambiance we were looking for and I used them for step lighting as well.

These lights were delivered quickly and give off good light but the lights are only spaced 2.5″ apart rather than the 1″ apart of normal rope light so using them for some custom applications like small Christmas displays may not work for everyone. Also the instructions state you can not cut them to a shorter length like most rope light. If the light spacing and non-cutability is not an issue for you, this is a great 1/4″ mini rope light. For 1/4″ LED rope light warm white, I could not find another product sold at this short length only spools.

I saw the miniture rope lights on line in Home Depot. I ordered them and in just a couple days they arrived. I had already placed my carousel collection above the kitchen cupboards but were rather uninspiring. With the small blue rope lights just strung behind them, the kitchen has a beautiful blue hue and that “Bare ” look is gone. They were so light and easy to handle that my friend and I had them in place within a few minutes. I had a convenient outlet to plug them into and I leave them on all the time. My visitors are in awe of how easily it was to make my room shine.
