all is good, the key board is fine

I like the white color. The keys are bright under dim lighting. The buttons are smooth to press and the overall size of this keyboard is a little smaller than most.

It needs to be returned. The keys stick and needs thrown away. Had to be refurbished and bad

Very happy with this keyboard. Keys are much quieter than the older Dell model I had and they have a nice feel. Also like that the foldable feet on it have nice grip pads on the bottom, so it stays in place on the desk surface. Only disappointment is there does not appear to be a wrist rest attachment available for it like my previous one.

I love the dip in the keys which is why I bought this keyboard. I also prefer this chiclet style for keyboards. The keys are smaller than most so take that into consideration.

Excellent replacement keyboard

Bought to replace an original keyboard for my computer. Very easy to install, everything seems to work correctly. However, key selection and placement a step down from the original. The use of a “FN” key and functions it controls being on certain function (F9 – F12) keys is a problem to learn and use.

This seems to be a nice low budget keyboard for those with thin fingers. The Ctrl key in particular seems hard to get “right” which is why I am not continuing to use it. It’s pretty quiet though and has a nice feel overall albeit perhaps less “confident” than other keyboards in its class.

Looking for a quiet keyboard for work. This one was still considered too loud. I work as a Court Reporter. Nice to type on, but a bit loud.

Prefer simple keyboard with minimal footprint on desk.

Simple and basic, no extra “bells and whistles”. Gets the job done, without question. Replaced the keyboard that we used for 20 years.

Because of often working late at night I find the white keyboard easier to see and use in artificial light and they are getting increasingly harder to find. This one fits the bill and works nicely. I will buy another soon to have a spare.

The KB216 is a very easy to use and straightforward keyboard. My review is being typed with one. We have deployed many of them and most end users like the feel of the response as well as size. The reason it gets only four stars is the Fn keys. I along with others preferred when a full Dell keyboard had the dedicated keys. There is a price for the compact nature I am sure and it does take getting use to when coming off one of the older Dell keyboards with wrist rest and sometimes a USB port. Certainly for business and education use the reliability and cost is here with the KB216.

Super easy to type on and love the design. Best keyboard!

Its a good cheap keyboard. I wanted white because sometimes I had a hard time seeing black keys

Perfect size, easy to use and ergonomic.

This keyboard replaces one I had for at least 15 years, where a few of the keys had faded due to long-time use. This one is light and nimble with certain keys highlighted in blue for easy recognition. The delivery was quick and I had no downtime with my work. I love the KB and would recommend it from Dell.

Best keyboard! Simple and straight to the point. Please continue to have the keyboard in stock. Normal size and great for a small work space.
