Dell sold me this item that does not work with the laptop I purchased. My laptop does not have a USB port to use this item. The same is true of the wireless keyboard and mouse. Needs a USB port to work with my new laptop.

I bought this external DVD drive because Windows 10 won’t recognize the internal drive on my Dell Inspiron computer. Windows does recognize this external drive and it works great. An inexpensive fix.

Good picture but lack of printed instructions frustrating. Plug and play not as expected. Took some time to get it setup. Registration process for media suite 12 cumbersome and lengthy. Could be streamlined considerably.
