This unit has a nice size for travel. I was a little surprised when installing a disk in the unit that the connecting interface is somewhat clunky. More difficult than what I am use to.

Shame on Dell selling me this DVD kit for XPS 13 without a proper USB-C connector. So far I could not even test it. So I assume it does not even work.

Works as advertised. Feels cheap and had a little issue with it being recognized. A bit slow in read haven’t tried write yet. Otherwise works as intended.

The included DVD did not “autorun”. But, Dell Support got the software on to my computer on the first call. Now that the software is installed, the drive works great. Excellent picture.
