   This was a great purchase, money well spent. I opened the box plugged in the drive, attached to my computer and was able to open my CD and run it immediately.

   Received to DVD Player in good condition. Easy setup. Downloaded wedding photo files to a blank DVD. Everything worked as expected. No problems, but not enough experience to give it a better rating.

   Mostly purchased the item to use CDs on my laptop. Much to my surprise, the DVD player is an added plus. The picture quality is not what I was expecting. Very happy with this USB Slim Drive.

   My new Dell computer did not have a disc drive installed. Searched for one and bought direct from Dell. People that did not buy from Dell have had trouble with warranty.

   I loaded the software that came with it and am still trying to get my music loaded on my pc so I don’t have to put in a cd every time. Not as easy as it should be. Other than that it works great.

    I purchased this along with my new Dell XPS All-In-One Desktop. I was not aware that this would not play Blu-ray DVDs. (My old Dell A-I-O had an internal drive which did.) So I will return this item. Otherwise it worked fine; plays std DVDs, CDs.
