Very easy to use and fits in my carry case. Since the laptop does not have a CD drive, this is a must for those times when needed.
Malvina Larson (verified owner) –
It works great. I use it for karaoke and it’s enough to hold my songs.
Harmony Harvey (verified owner) –
Sleek design, fast, performs as required. I don’t use an external drive very often, but there are times when I must. The price point was great for the quality.
Maci Mante (verified owner) –
Easy set up and the drive appears to work perfectly. Added the enclosed software to the computer

Small compact DVD reader/writer. Convenient to use.

I have not been able to install the unit! I am fairly capable but for some reason not with this unit?!
Meghan Champlin (verified owner) –
Not very up on all the on-line access to movies, music, etc. All I want is to play and listen to what I have on hand in my music CD and DVD library.
Kris Schaefer (verified owner) –
It works like a charm. No complaints.
Patience Hegmann (verified owner) –
The Dell USB Slim DVDRW drives always work well for us.
Vance Stroman (verified owner) –
The drive works fine. It’s very small and is powered off the USB port so you don’t have to plug it into an outlet. It’s very portable and will work well with my Dell laptop.
Murphy Emmerich (verified owner) –
Our new PC and Lap top did not have disk drive this works perfect for both
Ivah Lebsack (verified owner) –
First reaction was it looked like cheap junk. If I saw it in a store I wouldn’t buy it.
Ruthie Connelly (verified owner) –
great for laptops and being able to play CD/DVDs on the go
Retta Skiles (verified owner) –
Works great and the price was reasonable
Kaylin Mitchell (verified owner) –
It’s a good unit and plays the DVD’s OK. The cable is sufficient if the unit is next to the computer. My computer is on the floor and the cable is too short. Dell should suggest they can add a cable to the kit at additional cost.
Anastacio Wintheiser (verified owner) –
Excellent option for those of us who still have DVD in use
Lucious Bins (verified owner) –
Worked exactly the way it was designed. No problem.

The DVD/CD Rewrite/Player works well. The cord is too short for a desktop computer. Price is average. Size, weight and design is nice.
