   wont work, tried everything was hesitant anout buying dell garbage was just confirmed. also purchased 2 in 1 14 inch…, just as bad had it for 2 weeks ready to throw it in the bonfire

   I purchased a laptop that didn’t have a CD drive, so I purchased this external one. Its nice and lightweight but seems a bit too flimsy. I wish I had spent more money on another one which might go the distance. I think this will die fairly easily.

    Plug in and it works with Media Player instantly. Light, looks reasonably durable, and is relatively inexpensive. Meets my needs exactly.

    Nice slim design. Worked fine, after enclosed software installation. I’m not the least bit techie so had to look up the software to figure I needed to install it for the hardware to work with our new computer. Tested with a movie DVD and all was good.
