   Good product works as expected to give quality movie experience. The only problem was there wasn’t enough instructions on how to set it up and download the software to go with it. After a couple of hours I figured it out. It shouldn’t have taken so long.

   Small, easy to install and started right up. Using this for easier access to play discs rather than the built in one which is harder to access on my old Dell Inspiron laptop.

   Bought the drive as a graduation present for my 14yr old granddaughter that graduated from Jr High on her way to be a frosh. It was part of a new Dell Win 10 laptop and wireless mouse bundle. All are working well and my granddaughter is ecstatic! He previous computer was something like 10yrs old (a hand me down), Yuk!

    This DVD-RW is small and compact. It works well, just be mindful to not be too aggressive opening, installing Discs and removing Discs. I don’t want to subject it to a demolition test to see how well it will hold together.

    Product comes with very outdated (unsupported) software that can’t be installed on non-Dell systems.
