   somewhat difficult to snap the CD on to the tray when it comes out, you must be very careful or the disk will pop right out or get stuck.

    Software is easy to install. The drive is easy to connect to a conventional USB port. We can play DVDs and CDs. Have not tried writing a disc. Drive was not able to read a Blue Ray disc, but that’s what I expected.

    I bought this recently and I was glad I did. My computer doesn’t have a built in DVD player, so I needed one. This was a perfect fit for me. I had to make few adjustments to the program, but it was very easy to install.. I can Finally watch my movies and see my photographs again..I already recommended to my family and friends.

    I can’t get it to play dvds on my brand new Dell laptop. Dell tech support says it’s a software problem (on their brand new laptop) and they’ll fix it for $99. Ain’t that something else!!!
