   Out of the box plugged it in and had a DVD/CD drive. There were absolutely no issues, used software to create multiple ISO files. A bit flimsy, but just need to not be rough with it. Performed as expected. If you plan to use it a lot, you may want to get a faster model…this uses Usb 2.0

   I have only used this once, so far. It worked very well at installing printer software from a CD on my new Dell Inspiron laptop computer. I would recommend this drive, as it is very easy to use!

   I really like my new drive unit . . . well, my wife likes it! I thought that my new laptop didn’t have a DVD/RW drive, so I bought this for it. Now that I found out differently, I hooked it up to my wife’s All-in-One! Now we’re both set up!

   It is functional and plays DVDs and CDs well. Does what I need it to do. However I am very disappointed I had to purchase this after I just bought a new Dell laptop which to my surprise did not have a built in DVD drive and player. I think Dell should be ashamed not having that feature in all its laptops. What a disgrace.

    Plug-and-Play on Windows 11 The included Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials provides a Media Player, Video Editor and CD/DVD/Blu-ray disc burner. I got this ‘in case I needed it’.

    Really like the slim Dell USB DVD+RW drive it works smoothly absolutely takes up no space so if you wanted to leave it attached to the computer you could slide it easily out of the way the cord is long enough without being too long making for cord clutter
