There was no information available from Dell as to how to get the DVD drive operating. I had to get my local IT person to get the unit operating.

Play one of the best cd players for external device that you got it from Dell and for the pricing of it it’s well worth it. Lightweight compact able to travel with doesn’t take up much space

The drive came with a USB-A cord. I expected a USB-C cord, as it was ordered with a laptop that has no standard USB ports. No adapter was included.

The option to purchase a black cover, which I would have preferred, was not presented. Bluetooth has been troublesome to maintain. I have had to reinstall it three times already. Touch pad is VERY touchy. I accidentally zoom in all the time.

A great little unit to play all of my old music CDs and movie DVDs. Small and light and easy to use. Also, very easy to hook up. My only issue was that I didn’t realize that I needed to install the Cyberlink software that was included with the unit. But, that only took about 10 minutes, and now I’m good to go. Not bad for a 74 year old baby boomer setting up a new PC for the first time in 10-12 years.
