   Great player for when you want to play a music CD or watch a movie on DVD. Easy to use, just plug and play. You never know when your work requires you to download data onto a CD or DVD, or just the need to read one.

    This is my son’s comment from Tonga where he lives. Would be helpful to have a wireless mouse he says. We might have an extra one here in Kailua Hawai’i where we live. I’ll check.     I bought this to replace a similar product that died. I worked directly out of the box. It is happily playing the DVDs and CDs that I need to use. I am using “Any DVD” software from the App Store. A big thanks to the 1-star reviews that warned against loading the software from the provided disc.

    Since most entertainment platform is WI FI…I expected this to work without extra software/download to watch a DVD…I WAS WRONG….but it worked in the end…the 1 1/2 hour trial and error end.
