It’s not working, It doesn’t read some DVD’s with foamily memories that was rea reason so buy in the first place. Franky, I have not contacted technical service for help. Could you confirm if I have to doit through my new dell support assistance or to a different number?

Bought XPS17 laptop. Took quite a while to install everthing. Not very clear instructions, or no instructions at all with the new computer on how to set it up completely. Now I am experiencing problems with a crackling noise everytime I try to play a video. FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR THIS IT IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING TO EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS ALREADY. RECEIVED AND SETUP NEW COMPUTER AT THE END OF DECEMBER 2020.
