It does the trick very well, but the adapter is classic USB, and wish it would have come with USB-C adapter. I like having both adapter options, as it makes it very portable across platforms.

The biggest drawback to this unit is that it came with a USB cable that is too short. So it is difficult to set it down on a surface to use. It is functionally a handheld DVR because of this. So get ready to buy yourself a different USB cable if this bothers you.

It’s slim light and easy to use the only draw back and loss of a 5 star rating for me was the short cord. Sitting in a lounge chair using it to watch a movie or play a game is awkward with such a short cord 3ft would be better and a 6ft one would be best.
