Keyboard spacing and response for touch typing is very good especially since the size of the keyboard is much smaller than my old keyboard giving more room on the desk. There is only one minor irritation I have with the keyboard. I use the function keys a lot and it is irritating pressing the F-key without remembering to also hold down the ‘FN’ key at the same time. Is there a way or an option to reverse the duel options of the functions keys. For example I would prefer to hold down ‘FN’ key+F2 for sound volume, and just hit F2 for editing.

Bluetooth connection is very spotty, mouse sometimes move slowly and have to remove battery to restart and works fine. Keyboard also malfunctions there are times when I press a key and it duplicates that action by 4-8 times. Have looked at updates to see if it could be a software issue, I have also swapped USB location on PC to see if that makes a difference

This keyboard is awesome it replaced a 15-year-old keyboard so that’s a great improvement. The mouse I’m still trying to get comfortable with it since I’m more used to a tracking ball mouse.

Excellent “tactile” response from the keys. They have the correct weight and feel for me when typing. This is not plastic. It has a nice metal frame/body and good stationary presence on my desktop. Very substantial and better than I was expecting. Nice design work and construction. Keep it up!

It would be nice if your could switch between devices with a single selection for both the mouse and keyboard instead of a selection for the mouse and keyboard separately. Otherwise, this is a high quality product and works seamlessly on my Dell equipment.
