This combo is the first one that I have had few to no negative feedback about. We have deployed several different combos, from the major brands, and people always seem to have some issue with them. Since we switched to the Dell combo the complaints have gone away. As an IT department we also love the warranty!

Cons -The KBD can move to the device only in a cyclic way. (No direct keys to select 1 or 2 or 3) -A switch on the KBD is not linked to a switch on the mouse so the same set of steps need to be executed on the mouse. -The Bluetooth is not active on the laptop during the initial part of the reboot where BIOS gives messages so a selection is not possible. What is needed: -3x receivers that can be attached to 3x devices but each one working on a different frequency/channel -3x separate keys on the KBD so a single key can be used to switch -An auto switch of the mouse too to the same device when a device selection is made on the keyboard (who wants to use KBD on one device and mouse on another device or who wants to switch keyboard and mouse independently)

This is a very sturdy yet light keyboard. There are options that allow you to program keys. For example, I am able to type on my phone with this keyboard which is helpful for long text messages.

Not even a month old, I dropped an entire venti cup of coffee on this model and had to resort to my old clunker to the point where I couldn’t stand it and had to purchase another from Dell which is a dream to work with. No more liquids near the desk.

Nice keyboard and mouse! Keys feel great and mouse has great responsive feel. Only complaint is the function keys have multiple function so F2 that I use a lot requires me to hit two keys “fn” and F2 to get it to edit a cell; otherwise it just lowers the sound volume. Kind of annoying for me. But I’m learning to deal with it.

I finish setting up the wireless keyboard and mouse. I love it, had to You-Tube a short clip on how to connection the wireless item in Settings. Once I was done, everything went okay.
