Its not an intuitive setup And what i was using them for was gaming. Mouse acted hesitant as did the keyboard. And at points seemed like neither was working. Only to have the movements “catch up” a short time later. Long enough to make you wonder if ti stopped working. Installed on a brand new computer. I removed them and went and bought from someone else. These arent thr droids you are looking for.

The keyboard and mouse are good and work as expected. The ability to switch between multiple devices is great. There are two main downsides 1. The RF receiver doesn’t maintain connectivity with the keyboard and mouse even when as close as 12in. I currently only use Bluetooth connectivity to the device. (This is the main reason for the 3 star review) 2. The keyboard doesn’t have backlit keys. That was known when the keyboard was purchased, but it would be a nice feature.

I have to bounce between a permanently docked laptop (primary rig) and two additional laptops for work. The KM7321W makes switching amongst them a relative breeze and getting it connected was simple. The keyboard action is light and quick but with sufficient key resistance, and the construction is sturdy. I deducted one star because the keyboard doesn’t sit flat (and they could have designed it so it does) and the mouse is a bit chintzy construction-wise. I use it for fairly standard business purposes so the latter doesn’t bother me. Overall, this combo is a *tremendous* improvement over constantly switching an IR dongle between multiple machines and I’m a bit stunned that I bothered for so long. Absolutely worth the price for me.

Not compatible with mac regarding ability to change key functions and mouse functions. Besides that, works well.

Didn’t work well at first, often freezing up. I found out that this happened when the external hard drive was on. The solution was to separate the keyboard/mouse dongle from the hard drive cable by plugging them in opposite sides of the computer so that their radiation don’t cause them to interfere with each other. Otherwise, the keyboard and mouse are solid with a firm feel, unlike the cheapie ones that came with the new computer.
