I a little un-intuitive to setup with 2 computers and one monitor (Wish my Dell S2721D monitor had KVM built in). However the keyboard and mouse work for both computers. One star removed because switching between computers requires switching the keyboard and the mouse separately were I was hoping one key/button could handle both keyboard and mouse. Don’t get me wrong…It works…only wish it was one key to toggle. The chicklet keys have nice spacing and feel that makes typing less stressful. I actually enjoy typing now. I’ll stick with the keyboard and hope that a new version with better toggling between computers is developed by Dell in the near future.

I have been using an external monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse with my laptop for many years. When my keyboard keys began sticking with my brand new 13″ laptop, I bought the Dell keyboard and mouse. When the new keyboard was less than two weeks old, the keyboard stopped working while I was on the phone entering the Website of one of my investment firms. Saying I would call back when I got my computer working, I hung up. After 15 or 20 frustrating minutes of trying to get my keyboard working, I remembered my days of a main frame and dumb terminals. If one of the terminals was not functioning, an IBM repair person came. If after 30 minutes or so without success, he reached down and unplugged the power cord from the wall and plugged it back in. Remembering this, my last resort move was to remove the batteries from the keyboard and replace them with new ones. Voila! Everything immediately worked again. Don’t know how my order was shipped with old batteries, still wrapped in plastic. Thank you for providing me with an opportunity to complain. Other than this, the keyboard and mouse are great!

I bought this is because the previous key board( same model) is frozen every few hours. I thought is was the water issues. So i bought a new one, it happen the same. Almost every few or so, the key board is frozen. I have to reset the keyboardagain. It is very annoying and I hope I can return it.
