The mouse is glitchy. It often jumps around and doesn’t move smoothly on the screen when moving the mouse. I don’t believe it his problem is my machine as it is a brand new Alienware laptop. It also isn’t the surface because I have tried various working surfaces including a mouse pad. If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know.

This is a great Multi-tasking Keyboard & Mouse set for multiple laptops usage. I purchased this to switch between my personal laptop, work laptop & gf’s laptop at my home offfice. The reason for 3 stars is because during usage I feel like the connectivity cuts out and the mouse or keyboard are sometimes unresponsive. I find myself casually hitting the connect button just to “Wake” the mouse or keyboard back up. This usually happens when I do not use it for about 3+ minutes or so. I also am having an issue where midtyping, a key will be “Stuck” and continue to be pressed until I stop it. This is annoying and frustrating because I now need to delete the extra keyyyyyyyyy and correct it back (key). Unless i jist got a bad keyboard and mouse, this is a 3 star review

This keyboard felt like very good quality and typing on it seems very nice. Also it came with batteries wich was a nice touch. When using the USB receiver, it worked perfectly, however, when using it in Bluetooth mode, there was major lag when typing. The mouse is okay, I wish it was a bit bigger because I have big hands. Overall, I would recommend this keyboars/mouse combo.

This is a great keyboard/mouse combo for anyone who uses more than one computer at a time. No need to move USB dongles from one machine to the other, no need for switches. I use Bluetooth connectivity for two computers and that frees up a USB port on each machine. You can switch from one machine to the other at the touch of a button. The feel of the keyboard is great and the mouse is really responsive.
