It started off great everything working as one would expect. Within first week blue tooth connection stopped and now struggles to reconnect with any blue tooth to either of my computers. At least I can get some use of it with the dongle usb or it would of been a total loss.

The keyboard is particularly nice, great feel and nice look. The mouse works fine but has a cheaper feel. Instructions for installation were pathetic, cryptic little drawings that are so small that details are almost impossible to discern. Fortunately I was able to get both connected and running but not because of the documentation. Even linking to a You Tube video giving details would be appreciated. C’mon Dell up your game.

The keyboard is easy to type on. The weight, look, and feel of the keyboard is certainly premium. The Bluetooth connection is stable. The only minor issue is that the mouse doesn’t match the keyboard in terms of premium material and feel.

Overall it’s a great keyboard and mouse. I gave it 4 stars because I chatted with Dell before purchasing because I wanted a keyboard that indicated when the cap locks were engaged – this one does but it does not stay lit the entire time it is engaged, the light indicator goes out shortly after it is engaged which is disappointing. It’s annoying when you enter a password only to find out that your cap locks is on and you have to do it again!

I’m very happy with my purchase of this keyboard and mouse, the keys feel good… I spend most of my day typing emails and long hours in front of it… and I can say without a doubt it is a definite upgrade from where I came from thanks to its mobility and flexibility. I sit within 5ft of both a BT device and the dongle so I’ve no issues there. I don’t really see anything getting into the keyboard so that’s obviously a plus, and it came well packaged so that it wasn’t damaged upon arrival. All In all, I’m happy with my purchase
