Seems to work good 80% of the time. The other 20% the mouse works intermittingly. Very frustrating. Have went back to keyboard and mouse that came with computer.

I really like the look and feel of this keyboard. It types really well. The mouse is a little weird looking, but ergonomics are good. Performance has been absolutely atrocious, the mouse has exactly zero range with the USB connector. Keyboard is fine, but I have the mouse about 2 feet away from the pc and it lags all the time, I had to buy a USB extender cable that I ran under the desk so it was directly below the mouse, that is unacceptable for a piece of this price. Also, the assignable buttons you can set up with their app so not work at all. Most of the defaults seem to work okay, but none of the assignable keystrokes respond at all. The plan was to get 3 or 4 more of these keyboards so everyone had the same, but at this point I really don’t want to deal with it. I love how the typing feels so I won’t get rid of it, I’m just disappointed with the overall package.

Perfect replacement for my previous Dell keyboard & mouse that came with their XPS-2720 AIO from 2013. Keyboard base is much more substernal in terms of weight than before. Worked immediately with the included USB receiver in my XPS8950. Bluetooth pairing of both to my Surface Book 2 was “swift” making switching between my 8950 & SB2 a one finger affair when both are connected to my U4021QW Ultrawide monitor. Really appreciated the default overnight standard delivery by FedEx at no extra charge

Thin stable on desk and good mouse response. Only issue is after using caps lock & light shows it will about 5 seconds later turn off. Next time you try a Passwrd or type it fails pw or shows as lOWER cASE
