With support for NVIDIA G-SYNC technology, the S2419HGF 24″ 16:9 TN Gaming Monitor from Dell is designed to offer an enhanced gaming experience complete with a 144 Hz refresh rate and a 1 ms response time. In addition to enhanced responsiveness, this monitor offers enhanced ergonomics, allowing you to adjust the height of the monitor as well as tilt, pivot, and swivel it into place for maximum gaming comfort.
Setup and configuration is simple as the gaming monitor comes equipped with both DisplayPort and two HDMI inputs as well as one USB 3.1 Gen 1 input and two USB 3.1 Gen 1 outputs ports. Once configured, viewers and gamers benefit from a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution display, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a brightness rating of 350 cd/m². The monitor also features 160° horizontal and 170° vertical viewing angles.

Bought this to work from home. picture quality is great. Stand is fully adjustable, which is awesome since I like the portrait orientation on occasion. Have experienced some issues with the built in USB hub where plugging in my iphone 11 to charge will cause an error stating a surge was detected and disconnect and not charge the phone. Haven’t encountered that on any other devices plugged into the USB hub.Great monitor, however pulled a star for this issue of not being able to connect phone via USB hub.

The FreeSync will work with Nvidia 10xx and 20xx cards using the Nvidia Control Panel and a Display Port cable. No complaints at all so far.

The anti-glare performance of this monitor is incredible! Picture is exceptional. 144hz is perfect for games like Real Flight 9 radio control airplane simulator that requires rapid response fluid graphics. Color appears perfect, rich but not exaggerated.

Dell has not any driver that can run on iOS and did not support Mac!!! for Win User is fantastic but for iOS user it is so so

The viewing angles and color are terrible no matter how you adjust or tweak it. Going to 144hz requires a menu overclock that removes the 120hz option completely. The ghosting is awful and only gets worse when you try to increase the refresh rate. Changing to 1ms or even 2ms still results in significant ghosting. Same with refresh rate.At 1ms/144hz the ghosting is glaring and intolerable. The display only looks decent at 4ms/60hz, and at that point, why bother using this as a gaming monitor at all?

I got this unit on sale. It was delayed several times and when I finally got it it had a couple dead pixels in a row. Eventually one of them turned back on so I only have one bad pixel. Its not worth the hassle to return it, but I definitely would have sent it back if I had paid full price for this, though not because of the pixel. The screen looks washed out in its default settings. You really have to mess around with windows calibration to get it to look ok. For xbox I set it to Game1 presets and it looks ok like that. Not amazing but what you’re really getting from this monitor is the adaptive sync. Don’t buy this if you want a great sharp image with well defined colors on your gaming monitor, it doesn’t look any better than the cheap vizio tv I had previously been using, it just has a higher refresh rate and sync.

Had this for a couple days and already had a dead subpixel or a stuck pixel. On my other monitor (144hz) that I have had for 4+ years, never had this problem. I probably got really unlucky and had a bad batch but it frustrates me since it took Dell a long time to ship. I don’t know, I guess I expected things to work out but if I never had this pixel problem than I would have rated this monitor 5 stars hands down. Btw don’t put the monitor on “Super Fast Mode” on response time in the monitor settings. You will get ghosting (I tested it on testufo).

Can’t think of any negatives. This monitor has met every expectation and performs exceptionally well paired with my PS4 and my gaming computer running a 1080ti. The high refresh rate makes all my games look so smooth. I don’t require professionally calibrated color accuracy but comparing this to my old monitor made me realize how much of a difference there really is between a budget 1080p and a good quality monitor like this. It is stunning how much detail I was missing out on in GTA V. I may have to get another for my second computer.

Unfortunately, the unit I received has a stuck pixel down in lower left corner of the display, and I’m still getting used to much wider field of view. Other than that, tho’, I love this display. Very pleased with it, thank you.

Monitor refresh rate is great. I do wish the monitor was a little sharper. It definitely stands out next to my 4K LG IPS Monitor. Still a great monitor for gaming, if you are needing edit 4K video or edit photos, I would suggest a different model.
