All my friends have been telling me to get a slow cooker. When I got it the first dish I wanted to try was chicken stew. I put chicken onions carrots potatoes celery flour seasoning broth and parsley and I put it on low. Luckily I was working from home because I wanted to make sure it was okay. Well 6 hours later I wanted to taste it and I did it melted in my mouth it was so tender and moist I loved it. I’m so glad I have one in my kitchen now definitely recommend all to buy one.

The De’Longhi Livenza Programmable slow cooker is extremely easy to use. I love that the pot insert is stove top safe. This allows to get a good sear on the meat and the ability to deglaze without having to dirty a separate pan. Clean up is faster and easier. I am so happy with my new DeLonghi Livenza Slow Cooker! It has features that I especially like such as the size(6qt), and a teflon coated aluminum pot! The pot is not heavy, which makes it easy to lift! Then, the aluminum pot can be put on a range to sear meat and saute vegetables, before putting it back in its base to cook. It comes with various temperature settings and automatic times for the settings.The option to make individual settings is also provided .My first meal with my De”Longhi slow cooker was a pot roast and vegetables. It was delicious!

Very well put together and seems very durable. I like how easy and simple it is to program the time and temperature. It is so easy to just put the switch on low, medium, or high. It has a wide varity of timers as well. The size is big enough for a whole chicken even but not too big that it would crowd your kitchen. I love the sleek, shiny exterior and its long design making it easy to store on the counter or away in the cupboard. I love the heavy, glass lid and the small whole it has to vent away extra vapor. My food cooked very well and truly impressed me by its quick and even cooking. I cooked beef ribs on medium and they were extremely tender. I will be using this often!

Loved the shape and style of this slow cooker, but the 7 lb. turkey I had wanted to put in it was too big for the lid to close.I have returned it because I I was unsure if I’d have the same problem with other things. It isn’t as deep as I would have expectedfor a 6 quart cooker.

I am really digging this De’Longhi slow cooker. It is super easy to use and the digital read put is plenty big for my eyes. I like that it has high, medium, low and keep warm. The timer is easy to set. And once the timer runs out it will automatically go to keep warm, so no worries of food get cold. I also like that it has a bottom like a normal pot does so that I can actually put it on my stove to brown food in, such a convince. Only thing with the bottom is, it is rough so I normally let it air dry, otherwise it can tear up a towel. Over all I am pleased with the temperatures, seems to be accurate and easy to use.

I absolutely love this slow cooker. The versatility of being able to use it on the stove is a plus. The non stick coating is great. Everything slides right off. Cleaning it is soooo easy. No soaking required as with ceramic types. . The timer and controls are super easy to set and use and the auto off feature is really nice to have, just in case. The large size is perfect for my large family. My favorite to make in it to save time and prep for me is chicken alfredo. It turns out so good. Everything has turned out so good, to be honest.. I love it.

I believe that every house should own a slow cooker. They’re convenient, easy to use, and versatile. This De’Longhi Livenza Slow cooker has many great features!First off, this cooker is super light. Compared to those with a crock insert, this nonstick one isn’t heavy. I can easily move it from under my cabinet, onto the counter without straining my wrists. I think that it being 6 quarts is also why it’s easy to move. This is big enough for my family of 4. It holds a good amount of food, and we still have plenty of leftovers. A nice size roast or whole chicken could easily fit in it. The second thing I love about this slow cooker is, being able to cook on my stovetop with it. I don’t have to dirty another pan to brown my meat. Being able to brown it up in this cooker is super convenient! One thing I did notice, is that the handles get hot on my gas stovetop. I did read in the instructions about this, but didn’t realize how warm they get. Not a big deal for me, as I was able to use my mitts to lift it off. The nonstick is also nice. It makes clean up easy and fast. I have all plastic or wood utensils, because metal would scratch the finish. Another thing about this slow cooker is the cooking modes. I’ve never had one with three, along with a keep warm button. Having the option of High, Medium, or Low is nice. So far I’ve only used the low or high, but it’s nice that I can set it to medium if needed. The LCD is easy to read and bright. I was also easily able to set the timer. This slow cooker will definitely be replacing my older one, and I’m going to recommend it to my family.

I want to find meals to create for each day of the week. So much space too. I could even have a little left overs to enjoy the second day. It heats decently and cooks to perfection. One amazing feature is that it can be used on the stove top to help get crispy bits with the BBQ pork I make. Also a huge help is the timer. Move over old crock pots – and amazing cooker is taking over. Awesome!

I LOVE that this crock pot has a timer you can set and will automatically change to keep warm. I work really long days so this is perfect for me. I especially love how light this crock pot is compared to my old one that is super heavy and hard to move around. In addition, it is so easy to clean. I like that there’s a low,medium, and high setting, yet I’m not sure what to use the medium setting for just yet. I made risotto the other night and it turned out perfect.
