Saves time and gets hot in minutes. You can literally fry anything in this baby! Everything gets crispy and crunchy in it! I really like that the outside of the machine doesn’t get hot so you don’t accidentally burn yourself when you touch it.

This is my fourth DeLonghi fryer. Obviously, I love this fryer. It’s easy to clean following use, it turns so the contents do not sit in the oil & the timer allows you do do something else. My only complaint is that a grass cloth filter & storage container is no longer included.

I never really thought I needed a deep fryer until I got this one, but it really fry’s evenly and it drains and cleans very easily. This is an excellent item. The food rotates around, in and out of the oil. You can lower food into the oil, close lid, and it never spatters and won’t overflow. Frozen items cook really fast as well. You never need to worry about spattering. This item seems very safe.
