I love because is stainless steel, the food cook very nice. I love the design, you control the temperature, is deep that means your food cook good. I always have concerns in how to clean and this design is the best i try, is super easy to clean. The walls stay cold this help because if you touch you dont hurt.

The size of this product depending on your kitchen size may catch you off guard. Not having a fryer before i didn’t expect it would be as large as it is so word to the wise unless you have a big kitchen you will have to put this up in a storage area when its not used.This was a super easy to use product made for those like me who need an easy way to fry food. Ive made fries, tots, chicken, and even a doughnuts recipe i found online. This is a great product and super easy to clean up as well. I would recommend this to anyone.

I used the De’Longhi Livenza Dual Zone Digital 4.5L Stainless Steel Deep Fryer with Easy Clean Dreain System for the first time this weekend and I’ve gotta tell ya, I love it! It heats evenly and in turn my french fries and onion rings came out beautifully crisp just the way we like them! The only qualm I have with the unit is the buttons are a bit wobbly, it’s not a major set back or turn off to the machine, just a slight annoyance. We do love the easy clean drain system, the spout on the unit does make it uber easy to drain the used oil and the subsequent warm soapy water after. It’s a beautiful unit, perfect for table or countertop and I can’t wait to try the other recipes I’ve found in addition to the usual fries and onion rings!

I can only describe The Delonghi Livenza Deep Fryer as “Perect”, because it’s true. This deep fryer is perfect for a whole family. It’s huge. Plus there is a drain spout unlike others where you have to dump the whole pan of oil. Not no more. Plus it is very easy to asemble and disasseble for cleaning. Also includes a filter and tells you when to change the oil. Includes a feature to also use lard instead of oil. This model is digital and very beautiful. So far my favorite and that is why it is “Perfect.”

If you love to fry and don’t have a lot of space this fryer is perfect! Basically plug and play I didn’t even need to read the instructions on how to use it. I made a tortilla crusted tilapia and it was perfect! Nice and crunchy while the inside was cooked perfectly. The o key thing I was not a fan of on this fry was the lid , I wish it didn’t come completely off and it was on like a hinge that flipped up. It’s nice and compact doesn’t up too much space. I would highly recommend for small frying jobs at home !

I was extremely excited to try the De’Longhi Livenza Dual Zone Digital 4.5L Stainless Steel Deep Fryer with Easy Clean Drain System as I loved fry foods. I didnt have to guess the oil temperature and it held temperature once reaching it very well. I was astonished by the lard feature being that’s what I prefer. It melted on a low temp before bringing it up to cooking temp. The see through window let me keep a eye on the food without taking the risk of getting splashed. The spout at the bottom made for easy and mess free disposal of used oil and the fryer even let me know when it was time to change it. I loved that I could remove the heating element and easily wash all the pieces. The frying basket was big enough to fry for a family. My only dislike is that a hinge on the lid would keep me from removing the whole top and I would have preferred the outer casing to be secured together slightly better. This fryer does take a considerable amount of oil to fill it. On the whole this is a great family fryer and makes cooking fried foods easier.

This is so easy to set up and use. The magnetic plug makes it easy to connect. This is made extremely well, and very durable. This frayer is able to hold alot at once, but it is not heavy, and it easy to move. Very compact so it does not take up lots of counter space, and nice for easy storage. The lid is also a great feature so the grease doesn’t splash, and the window makea it easy to see your food.This digital control panel makes it easy to set the temperature, and timer so you are able to drop the food in and prepare other things. The frayer has a pour spout in front for eaay removal of grease. The best part it that it comes completely apart for easy cleaning. This makes dinner and clean up a breezy.

I’ve always wanted a deep fryer and I finally got the chance to see what the hype was about. This deep fryer is great! The basket holds just enough, it’s not big and bulky either. Once you’re familiar with setting the temperature for different foods, you’re ready to roll. I was able to fry chicken without standing over hot grease and I even set the timer on it. When I was done and the grease cooled i was excited to drain the grease, because all I had to do was turn the knob to drain the grease.I was able to put it back in the empty grease bottle with no mess, so yes there is a spout on the deep fryer for easy draining! This is my new favorite kitchen appliance!

I’ve used this fryer at least 4-5 times and have not had any issues with it. It’s very easy to use and it cooks very fast. I’ve cooked fried chicken, french fries, fish, shrimp, etc, and everything came out amazing. It can hold a pretty good amount of food. It doesn’t take too long to heat up to the temperature you’re trying to reach. The drain system is an added plus because it makes cleaning up a lot easier. I’ll be using this deep fryer at least weekly. Probably more often. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new deep fryer. This one will definitely do the job. And it looks very nice as well.

I’m a southerner so therefore I’ve been through quite a few fryers in my lifetime. I have always found that fryers are either too small, cleanup is a nightmare and or they food absorbs way to much oil, leaving your food soggy. This fryer has fixed all these issues. I LOVE the oil drain in the back. It makes cleanup so easy and oil changes so easy, and mess free. It’s a fast cleanup which sold me on getting it. They talk about a “cool zone” area where your oil stays cleaner and it really does. I get less odor for sure than most deep fryers and the food doesn’t get as saturated with the oil. It really fries food perfectly. Crisp and never soggy. It has a large oil capacity as well, which works good for cooking for my family. This fryer cooks great and cleanup is the easiest I’ve found of any of the deep fryers that I’ve owned. Plus, the oil stays longer in this fryer because of it’s cool zone so saves me from buying oil very often.

I bought the De’Longhi Livenza Dual Zone Digital 4.5L Stainless Steel Deep Fryer sometime ago and I was absolutely blown away!!! My husband made the most delicious fried catfish ever…moist on the inside and tender but crispy and flaky on the outside just perfect!!! I really love the easy clean drain system where you put the oil it is just so easy to clean and change the oil whenever it gets full and dirty of crumbs from the coatings it’s just the best!! The only downside is the Sighting Window gets full of condensation and makes it hard for you to see what your cooking in the fryer that’s the only bad thing I can think of that this fryer lacks. Everything else about the De’Longhi Livenza Dual Zone Digital 4.5L Stainless Steel Deep Fryer is wonderful and I highly recommend this product….If your looking for a good deep fryer this is it!!!
